Home Buyer Tax Credit Extension

Are you confused by the Home Buyer Tax Credit? Follow the link below to the National Association of Realtors Brief on the Home Buyer Tax Credit Extension.  If you haven't found your perfect place yet- don't worry! It is full of helpful infromation on indentifying lead and how to safely renovate when lead products are present.  This is something you should read before you start a project in an older home.
