National Sleep Awareness Week
March 1-8, 2009 is National Sleep Awareness Week. No, this does not mean that you will be allowed to nap time at your desk. This week, sponsered by the National Sleep Foundation, is meant to educate Americans on the importance of sleep and how it can relate to your health.
Here are some tips that can help you have a better night's sleep:
1. Wake up every day at the same time.2. Have a relaxing bed time routine.3. Finish eating at leat 2 hours before bed.4. Exercise regularly.5. Avoid alcohol close to bed time.
