February 24th, 2009 is Spay Day USA! The Humane Society of the United States sets this day aside to bring awareness to a growing problem. Every year 4 Million dogs and cats are put down and over crowding of animal shelters is major concern. When shelters are over crowded, animal welfare is jeopardized. Spaying or neutering your pets will also help them live longer and healthier lives. Celebrate Spay Day USA by spreading the word!
